New Year, New goals

This year I decided to give myself a couple of resolutions.

The Goals:

  1. Get out of bed and go to church.
  2. Spend more time with family and friends.
  3. Get Fit with my family.
  4. Help my family eat healthier.
  5. Pay more attention to my blog.

My Progress:

It has been a rough couple of weeks. I chose to stay in bed and snuggle with Bear last Sunday instead of getting up and going to church. Going to try for next week.

I have been spending time with my family and I plan on getting together with some friends this weekend.

Sunday the family hit the backyard for a game of Croquet. Not a ton of fitness but at least we were moving around and having fun as a family. Tuesday night hubby hit the bicycle for 30 minutes while I laid on the couch. Wednesday night Bear and I did 30 intense minutes of Jillian Michaels Wii Boot Camp. I may not be able to sit in the morning, but we did it.

We have been eating healthier, if you don’t count the three cookies I inhaled after work Wednesday.

As far as blogging, this is my second post in one week. Go me!

    I’m still working on organizing my house, bit by bit. That’s a seriously long-term goal, though!

    I’ve been drinking more water and eating more fruits and veggies. I’m still trying to get the exercise bit going! :)
