The perfect Valentine’s Day gift for teacher

After a full hour or so of pinning Valentine crafts on Pinterest, I decided it was go time – Time to get my crafting on!

I gathered my supplies, grabbed my daughter and starting making a Valentine’s gift for Rebecca’s teacher.

Supplies:
red stock paper
scissors
glue
glue gun
stapler
cardboard paper
ribbon
Valentine Hershey’s Kisses
sharpie

Instructions:

Draw or trace a heart onto a piece of cardboard and cut it out. Trace the heart onto a piece of red stock paper and cut out two more hearts. Staple a piece of ribbon to the cardboard, forming a loop for hanging. Glue the red hearts onto each side of the cardboard heart. Use glue gun to attach Hershey’s to one or both sides of cardboard. Bear chose to use red on the outside and pink on the inside of the heart. We also left the middle open so Bear could write #1 teacher with a black sharpie.

Pretty darn cute, if you ask me!
